Bernard Ellis

The President of Family First Visitation and Consultation Center is Bernard Ellis, a passionate and open-minded individual who will be supported by a team of credible and committed individuals who are prepared to harness all their strengths, availability and professionalism to catapult the organization to a greater height.

Bernard is highly knowledgeable in this industry with respectable years of experience. He worked for 8 years in the Crisis Unit of a Residential Facility for kids in placement where he observed the resident’s behaviors, provided documentation, and observed visits with parents on occasions.

Christina T. Hall - Ellis

Christina always had the goal of going to law school so that she could help others through her work as an attorney. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in English from Hampton University. While in college, Christina interned at the White House during the Clinton Administration and with Tony Blair, the British Prime Minister, when she studied abroad for a semester during her sophomore year. After graduating from Hampton University, she was a middle school social studies teacher in the Bronx as a New York City Teaching Fellow and earned her M.A. in Secondary Education and Social Studies from Lehman College. She is now an attorney in Westchester County, having graduated from Fordham University School of Law with honors, and has her own practice in Harrison. She specializes in personal injury cases, family law, and criminal defense. She is a member of the New Rochelle Bar Association and the Black Bar Association, and, among others, her accolades have included, but are not limited to, being counted in the 10 Best of 2016 in Client Satisfaction from The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys, 10 best 2016 Client Satisfaction from The American Institute of Criminal Attorneys, Top Attorney of North America 2016, and TheNotable Public Award 2012, and Super Lawyers 2021-2022.

Roz Costabile

Fundraiser Specialist

As a native of Brooklyn, Roz attended Brooklyn College where she earned a Teaching Degree. After moving to New Rochelle, she worked in the New Rochelle Hospital for 10 years in the billing dept.  Afterwards she returned to her true desire of education. She has been teaching Special Needs Students for 26 years for the New Rochelle School District. She enjoys working with children and especially loves seeing them succeed.

Roz is very involved in planning and hosting Fundraisers to support all organizations. She is also a Rotary member and is very involved with their fundraising efforts as well.

 

Timothy Price

Tim is a native of Mount Vernon and has worked for the City of Mount Vernon since 2003 as an auto body tech mechanic. He handles the repairs and maintenance of all the City’s work vehicles. As a devoted father and grandfather, Tim knows the importance of family. Tim is definitely the person in his family to turn to when anyone is in need of assistance. When asked to be on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer for Family First Visitation and Consultation Center, Tim did not hesitate to jump at the opportunity. He is a true asset to the organization.

Meet The Staff

Yuleiny Romero Garcia

Yuleiny was born in a small town in the Dominican Republic. She immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of seven and was raised between the South Bronx and Mount Vernon. Yuleiny is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at City College in Bilingual Childhood Education with a concentration in Spanish. Ms. Romero currently works with the NYC Department of Education as a Bilingual Paraprofessional. Yuleiny is a great asset to FFVCC, assisting with our Spanish speaking clients.
